Stream “Go Love Yourself” in any order, with the average episode running under an hour. Season 1 episode 2, “Our Stories,” might be a good starting point if you’re just getting into the series for more context on the hosts’ histories. This episode shares their experiences and struggles with self-love, body image, eating, fatphobia, and more.

Laura and Lauren grew up in the 1990s and 2000s, a peak point for diet culture, low rise jeans, and unhealthy media messages. Laura said she struggled with comfort eating from childhood and grew up on the larger side. Lauren explained she had a smaller physique when she was younger but became very self-conscious of her body and eating. As she got older, she gained more weight and suffered many traumatic events over a short period of time. In this episode, Laura and Lauren share their vulnerabilities and relationships with their bodies and food.

Season 2 episode 1 celebrates Tiramisu Week. The co-hosts are joined by the iconic plus size model Felicity Hayward to dish on modeling, the 1990s, 2000s, the Kardashians, and gaining confidence.

Earlier this year, the hosts dedicated an entire episode to self-love. They shared tips, strategies, book recommendations, packet sandwiches, and reviewed Lauren’s dating profiles. In another episode, Laura and Lauren welcomed their first-ever “Go Love Yourself” guest, Stephanie Yeboah. As a blogger, content creator, author, and self-love/self image advocate, Stephanie talked about online dating horror stories, body positivity, and crying in front of Lizzo. She also shared her theory that she might be a “time lord.”

Laura was a finalist on The Great British Bake Off in 2020. Tune into new, weekly episodes of “Go Love Yourself” wherever you listen to your favorite podcasts.
