When reality TV worlds collide: ‘Coffee Convos with Kail Lowry and Lindsie Chrisley’ features two very different women bonding over motherhood
“Coffee Convos with Kail Lowry and Lindsie Chrisley” features the two very different reality television personalities bonding over their shared experiences as mothers, celebrities, and women. The two talk about issues they face every day, from serious topics like relationship issues and divorce to light-hearted fun like never-ending baby poop and pondering if dating the hot neighbor is allowed.
With over 200 episodes, “Coffee Convos with Kail Lowry and Lindsie Chrisley” shows no sign of slowing. In fact, Kail has put out two more podcasts since starting this one: “Baby Mamas No Drama with Kail Lowry & Vee Rivera” and “Barely Famous.” Episodes are typically just over an hour long and released weekly on Thursdays.
The two women could not have grown up more different. Kail is a fan favorite from MTV’s Teen Mom and 16 and Pregnant and learned to grow up pretty quickly after her mom abandoned her and she had to move in with her 17-year-old boyfriend’s family as a teenager. Lindsie, on the other hand, is known from a little show called Chrisley Knows Best that features the drama and escapades of the multi-millionaire Chrisley family.
Both have had much of their life available to the public. Not only did they grow up in the public eye, but they also became mothers and went through divorces under media scrutiny. And on “Coffee Convos,” the two chat about everything motherhood, friendship, reality television, family, and more. They share parenting tips and trade terrifying baby puke stories, as well as pop culture news and reality television updates. The show truly encapsulates what it’s like to catch up with your best friend over a cup of coffee.
More recently, they’ve been diving into true crime, talking about famous crimes and where they were when it happened. Like any good true-crime-loving duo does, they’ve talked about more recent cases and their opinions on them, from Elizabeth Holmes to the Murdaugh family murders. They are also sometimes joined by authors, journalists, and filmmakers to discuss their work, much like their recent guest Chris Hansen of To Catch A Predator.
Since 2017, the two have chatted about literally anything and everything. They’ve discussed heavy subjects dealing with school bullies, parenting styles, domestic violence, miscarriages, and therapy. All of this is then counter-balanced with discussions of hopeful horizons, tooth fairy mishaps, and uninvited vacation guests (mainly bugs).
The two have a little bit of something for everyone, and fans can’t get enough of the duo together. Check out “Coffee Convos with Kail Lowry and Lindsie Chrisley” to hear what all the hype is about.
