The multi-part episodes, like interviews with Kristin Cavallari, Ryan Holiday & Robert Greene, and Ed Mylett should be streamed in chronological order. Earlier this year, the hosts shared lessons they’ve learned from interviewing over 400 podcast guests since 2016.

On a recent episode of Podsauce, “The Real Reel” Natalie Barbu shared her podcast picks including “The Skinny Confidential Him & Her Podcast,” “How I Built This with Guy Raz,” and “StartUp.” NPR’s journalist, correspondent and radio host Guy Raz joined Lauryn and Michael for an episode on high achievers and what methods they’ve used to succeed. Another entrepreneur-based episode spoke with Bev’s Founder and CEO, Alix Peabody, on breaking through in a male-dominated industry and winning.

There are episodes on self-care, relationships, and wellness. Psychotherapist and author Whitney Goodman discussed her new book, Toxic Positivity, explained its impact, how to recognize it in your life, and shared coping tools. Author and psychotherapist Lori Gottlieb joined Lauryn and Michael in a recent episode to discuss therapy, couples therapy, and removing stigmas around therapy. Lori wrote the New York Times bestseller, Maybe You Should Talk to Someone.

Yoga teacher, therapist, plant-based health coach, and author Claire Grieve stopped by the podcast to share tools for connecting with your body. She discussed tips for managing stress, anxiety, and things holding you back from achieving your goals. In another episode, Lisa Moskovitz, RD, CDN explored intuitive eating and diets. Lisa and the hosts analyzed why diets fail, how to change your mindset, and developing a healthier relationship with food. Lauryn and Michael’s personal trainer Brent Hruska talked about strength training’s benefits, including longevity, balanced hormones, improved mental health, and more.

Lauryn and Michael have interviewed a bunch of Bravo-lebrities including Lisa Vanderpump, Shahs Of Sunset‘s Mercedes Javid a.k.a. MJ, Million Dollar Listing‘s Josh Flagg, Real Housewife Jill Zarin, RHOSLC‘s Heather Gay, and Southern Charm’s Naomie Olindo – just to name a few.

Last year, OG celebrity blogger Perez Hilton stopped by an episode to discuss celebrity fall-outs, controversy, and the internet’s evolution. In another episode, Melissa Rivers chatted about Hollywood, Fashion Police, and emphasized the importance of laughter in difficult times.
