World Mental Health Day is upon us once again, but this isn’t the only time of the year we should be openly talking about mental health. We found a whole slew of podcasts having conversations about and destigmatizing mental health. While there’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to battling with mental health and mental illnesses, more and more resources are becoming available as more and more people talk about their personal struggles and successes.

Funny, poignant, and hopefully helpful, these podcasts are here to make all of us feel a little less alone.
