We’re looking forward to The Awards for Excellence in Audio aka The Ambies, presented by The Podcast Academy! The ceremony is scheduled for March 22, 2022 at The Mayan Theater in Los Angeles, CA at 6PM PT/9PM ET, and y’all can catch the livestream on YouTube and Twitch. The show is presented by Wondery with support from Audacy, Audible, PRX, Tenderfoot TV, The Hollywood Reporter, and Loeb & Loeb. The ceremony’s hosts are Ross Mathews and Nikki Boyer, who are both podcasters among their amazing list of other projects.

Mathews is a judge and producer on RuPaul’s Drag Race, makes daily appearances on The Drew Barrymore Show, and has previously appeared on dozens of other shows including E! Red Carpets. His books include Name Drop: The Really Good Celebrity Stories I Usually Only Tell at Happy Hour and Man Up!: Tales of My Delusional Self-Confidence.

Boyer created, hosted, and executive produced the podcast “Dying for Sex,” which won an Ambie Award last year. She’s won three Emmy Awards, hosted TV shows, acted, and produced an array of projects.
