Set in Ibiza, the show’s producers had a slightly different narrative for filming. Miriam is transgender and the producers are going to reveal this fact on camera during the last episode. “Harsh Reality: The Story of Miriam Rivera” investigates this story, and has been trending on iTunes since its release.
