‘RHONJ’ star spills the tea and interviews celebs on ‘Melissa Gorga on Display’
PodcastOne presents “Melissa Gorga on Display,” a society & culture podcast hosted by Bravo’s Real Housewives of New Jersey star. The series of conversations on this podcast will allow listeners to hear Melissa’s unfiltered takes on life, family, fashion, self-care, and more. In episodes, she’ll interview celebrities, dish on what it’s like to be a reality TV star, discuss showbiz, and fill you in on her family’s business endeavors.
Tune in for new, weekly topical episodes in any order since its first episode dropped on December 2. In her podcast’s description, Melissa says the episodes pair well with wine and a sprinkle cookie. This season, Melissa will spill the tea on Bravo drama, chat with celebrities, and have a riotous time. So far, the average length of episodes is 75 minutes.
On the first episode this season, Melissa tells listeners about the whirlwind she’s been swept in while working, traveling, and promoting her podcast and Peacock TV’s The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip, that premiered in November 2021. Melissa shares behind-the-scenes stories from the TV series. This season’s Girls Trip all-star cast features women from several different Real Housewives series, including Kenya Moore, Teresa Giudice, Kyle Richards, Brandi Glanville, Ramona Singer, and more as they embark on adventures and let the drama roll!
Melissa expressed gratitude on the first episode before she was joined by her husband, Joe Gorga. Together, they have three kids ages 16, 14, and 11. They discussed trust, love, sex, and shared how they met when Melissa was still bartending in her 20s. Melissa and Joe explained the challenges reality TV filming presents, and how they’ve survived appearing on the show for over 11 years.
Joe chats about the “Long Island Incident,” and reveals the time Melissa forced Joe to pass a lie detector test, and what the reasons were. In addition, Melissa commended Joe’s formidable work ethic, and they recapped his daily schedule. Joe says the same about Melissa and that he admires her hustle. Among other projects, Joe is a real estate developer and wrote The Gorga Guide to Success. He is the brother of Teresa Giudice of Real Housewives of New Jersey. Melissa released her relationship advice book, Love Italian Style, in 2013.
The podcast snagged its name from Melissa’s song, “On Display,” released in 2011. On this show, you’ll hear fun facts like how Melissa received a BA in teaching and joined RHONJ’s third season two years after graduating.
