‘American Vigilante’: KC’s identity may be a mystery, but he’s talking about his real life action/adventure story on this podcast

In a recent episode of Podsauce, BBC journalist and “American Vigilante” host Sam Walker chatted with Alesha and Dax. They both listened to the series and are so enthralled with this story they cannot stop talking about it. Sam shared that KC’s true identity remains a mystery, and she interviewed KC over 50 hours last year.
Sam encourages listeners to hear KC’s journey and decide for themselves whether or not to believe. You might be wondering how Sam found out about KC’s clandestine operations. Sam was introduced via a third party when her family was threatened by a landlord after moving from the UK to Arizona. The third party told Sam they knew an individual who could take the landlord out of the picture, and she was horrified by this suggestion. Later on, Sam was introduced to KC by a different person, and he agreed to share his story.
In episode one of the podcast, listeners learn about KC leading a vigilante group, and what happens during missions. We’ll hear KC’s run-ins with police, harrowing escapes, assassination attempts, and more as he tries to navigate under the radar.
KC shares an example of how he conducts his operation and explained a child abduction case where law enforcement thought the parents were at fault. KC believed the parents’ innocence and tracked down the real abductor. Dee Dee was rescued after getting abducted as a seven-year-old, and she shared her side of the story on episode eleven.
By the third episode, KC reveals some of his backstory – why he is compelled to complete this line of work. Episode four discussed his trip to Canada when hired by a former Marine and his wife to track down a three-time rapist. Someone from the Mexican Mafia contacted KC to bring down a drug operation close to his son’s school. And by episode nine, KC reveals the only woman he’s loved is not his ex-wife.
