Leslie Jordan died in a car accident on Monday, October 24, 2022. The Emmy Award-winning actor, writer, and singer is known for his work on Will & Grace, American Horror Story, and Hearts Afire. His additional film credits include The Help, The Cool Kids, and a slew of TV shows. His show, Call Me Kat, recently kicked off its third season on Fox.
Leslie won an Emmy in 2006 for guest actor in a comedy series for playing Karen’s friend Beverly Leslie on Will & Grace. Among other appearances and accolades, Leslie went viral in 2020 for uploading hilarious videos to social media during the pandemic. Leslie received the GALECA: The Society of LGBTQ Entertainment Critics’ Timeless Star award in 2021.
