Last fall and earlier this year, we were glued to Elizabeth Holmes’ trial updates, the former self-made billionaire whose company claimed to revolutionize blood testing with groundbreaking technology. In January, the final ruling was in, and the former Theranos CEO was found guilty on four counts of fraud. This March, Elizabeth’s saga and story leading up to the trial are portrayed in Hulu’s scripted series, The Dropout, starring Amanda Seyfried.
