All you Rocky fans better get psyched for this one! Straight from the Sylvester Stallone comes “The Comeback.” It’s an immersive, cinematic documentary series about meteoric successes, hard falls, and even more incredible comebacks – told entirely by the people who lived it.

Premiering in November of 2021, “The Comeback” only has eight episodes so far, each one a more incredible story than the last. Episodes are typically 40 minutes long, filled with immersive sound design and first hand accounts of incredible feats of the human body, mind, and spirit.

Who better than Stallone to bring these stories to life? He’s mastered the art of telling the story of underdogs and the down-and-outs. Between Rocky and Rambo, along with The Expendables and all of the spin-offs that have come with them, the man knows what he is doing. Every single episode of “The Comeback” tells a unique and nuanced story straight from the inspiring individuals themselves. You are immediately dropped right into their worlds in a truly cinematic experience.

Hear the story of the aspiring British K-Pop idol before the fame started to cost her. Euodias was a young teenager when she was picked to have a shot at international fame and fortune before she realized it all came with a near-deadly cost. An eating disorder consumed her life, but her comeback was even greater.

There’s Matt Long, the New York City firefighter, Ironman, triathlete, and entrepreneur whose life was stopped in its tracks one Christmas morning. Listen to Ezekiel Mitchell, the professional bull rider who learned the sport from YouTube, going pro at just 16 to support his family. But when Hurricane Harvey hit, his mother’s home was decimated. He had to climb his way back to the top of his deadly sport, now on his way to becoming the first Black bull rider to win a world title in nearly four decades.

Jennifer Lee, also known by her stage name TOKiMONSTA, went from performing at the biggest music festivals around the world to fighting for her ability to listen and make music as a rare disease ravaged her. Dave Dahl went from a 20-year prison stint to creating the biggest organic bread company in the world, making him a multi-millionaire.

If anyone is going to truly bring the cinematic experience to podcasts, it’s Stallone with Imperative Entertainment’s “The Comeback.” Listen to people’s inspirational stories of triumph, tragedy, and triumph again directly from the source.
