Jen Shah, the Giudices, and more: Unpack Bravolebrity crimes on ‘The Bravo Docket’
The Real Housewives have so many more problems than jealous friends, competing alcohol brands, and whose house is bigger. They’ve gotten themselves into some serious lawsuits and legal disputes. And, okay, it’s not always the Housewives, sometimes it’s their husbands or other Bravo TV reality stars, but regardless! “The Bravo Docket” is where two practicing attorneys examine the cases and claims that these personalities are up against.

Hosts Cesie and Angela are covering all of the legal messes that Jen Shah, Teresa & Joe Giudice, Brandi Glanville, Mary Cosby, and more Real Housewives are entangled in. But, the biggest ongoing story right now is Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star/villain Jen Shah’s arrest in March 2021 while filming their second season. “The Bravo Docket” has re-aired the episode from April talking about her indictment for her alleged role in a telemarketing scheme in which she could face up to 50 years in prison for. She was arrested and charged in March with one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud in connection with telemarketing and one count of conspiracy to commit money laundering.
She and her assistant, Stuart Smith, allegedly victimized 10 or more persons over the age of 55, allegedly selling leads to telemarketing companies that would attempt to sell business services to the targeted individuals. And on November 19, 2021, Smith plead guilty on three charges of conspiracy to commit wire fraud, money laundering, and obstruction of justice.
