All about that podcast: Celeb siblings and BFFs tag-team on ‘Workin’ On It with Meghan Trainor & Ryan Trainor’

We’re all workin’ it and workin’ on it, and so are the brother-sister-BFF duo, Meghan and Ryan Trainor. In their weekly podcast aptly titled “Workin’ On It with Meghan Trainor & Ryan Trainor,” the celeb hosts are “bettering themselves as human beings” and are thrilled to share candid stories. They’ll focus on a specific topic in their weekly episodes to give listeners a behind-the-scenes look at their lives.

Meghan is a singer-songwriter and also performs the podcast’s theme song. Ryan is a digital creator and streams on Twitch.

Conversations will cover personal stories on mental health, anxiety, self-esteem, and more. The duo says this podcast is part of their therapy, and they plan on sharing never-before-heard details from their lives.

Meghan’s whole family will appear on the podcast!

Meghan is a new mom and loves sharing family stories about motherhood and what pregnancy was like. She’s learning new things every day from her son, Riley. Ryan will discuss his struggles with sobriety, and Meghan realizes on the show it’s the first time she’s learning certain details about Ryan’s life.

Workin’ on introductions…

On their premiere episode, “Workin’ on Introductions,” Meghan and Ryan shared that their dogs join them while recording. On this episode, they speak about Meghan’s TikToking, her resin art projects like making custom dog bowls, Ryan’s manifestations, and determination.

Meghan is excited to share her fitness journey and lifestyle/nutritional changes that adhere to her “food is fuel” goal. Ryan is also on a fitness regimen, and his goal is to run in NYC’s Marathon. He’s currently in physical therapy and says he spends extra time stretching and foam rolling.

Workin’ on dating…

The hosts were joined by Meghan’s makeup artist extraordinaire Alison Christian for the “Workin’ On Dating” episode. Alison has been on all the apps! Their younger brother Justin, aka J-Train or J-Bird, also chimed in on Los Angeles’ dating culture. They unpacked the dating app scene, and Justin and Alison shared their experiences. They say it’s way too easy to play games when meeting someone new and checking out their social media profiles.

Meghan gushes about her husband, Daryl, and how meeting was a “love-at-first-sight” manifestation moment. They discuss their views on soulmates. Ryan talked about how he was once a party boy and now feels ready to find love. He’s on the apps and loves Bumble.
