In a recent episode of Podsauce, Alesha and Dax chatted with “The Man Enough Podcast” host Justin. He shared why interviewing his dad and his wife were some of his favorite moments on the podcast. He opened up about why men need to embrace their vulnerability and what he believes are men’s biggest insecurities. Alesha was looking forward to Podsauce’s interview as a long-time fan of Jane the Virgin, which Justin starred in until 2019.

Justin recommended several key episodes of “The Man Enough Podcast,” including interviews with gender non-conforming writer/performer/activist/speaker Alok Vaid-Menon, Sam Baldoni (his father), and Jamey Heath (co-host and Justin’s BFF).

In recent episodes, listeners can hear about fashion from TikToker and model Wisdom Kaye, awareness with Giacomo Gianniotti, respect with Joy DeGruy, and reframing masculinity with author/activist/Queer Eye star Karamo Brown.

Justin shared that he and his co-hosts are learning more and more every episode, and they’re happy to bring listeners along for a judgment-free journey, encouraging more candid conversations about the human experience. Justin said he keeps finding new ideas he would have added to his book, Man Enough: Undefining My Masculinity, released in April 2021.

Justin also talked about what he’s currently streaming, including “We Can Do Hard Things with Glennon Doyle.” Glennon joined co-hosts of “The Man Enough Podcast” to discuss: “It’s not men vs. women; it’s all of us together.” Justin enjoys “On Purpose with Jay Shetty,” and Jay was also a guest on “The Man Enough Podcast” in August. Justin’s additional picks included “Armchair Expert,” “Ben Greenfield Fitness,” and “The Director’s Cut – A DGA Podcast.”
