Adam Devine, Anders Holm, and Blake Anderson are the purveyors of what is important. At least, that’s what they think. Their hilarious podcast “This Is Important” is making sure we truly know what out there is important to them. And it’s a long list every single episode, but it’s an important list.

Every single Tuesday of the year, “This Is Important” releases their list of important things of the week. Episodes stand firm at just an hour long, and with nearly 70 episodes under their belt, you may have lots of catching up to do. Recently, their fourth host Kyle Newacheck left the show, much to our dismay, but the trio of Devine, Holm and Anderson are keeping our spirits high.

Maybe you’re thinking to yourself, “hey, I recognize those names.” Well, you may be right, as these four created and starred in the Comedy Central sitcom Workaholics. Devine, Holm, and Anderson played three college dropouts who were housemates, friends, and co-workers at a telemarketing company. The show ran for seven seasons, ending in 2017, and just three years later, they decided they needed to get the band back together! Thus was born, “This Is Important.”

Recommended to us from Podsauce’s guest Travis Wingfield, host of the podcast “Drive Time with Travis Wingfield” and big fan of Workaholics, “This Is Important” has been crushing it since October of 2020. With a whopping 6,500 reviews on Apple Podcasts, “This Is Important” has gained a cult following. The hosts are laugh-out-loud funny, bringing fans an hour per week of pure adult friendships and fart jokes.

This show is pretty much just pure joy. The guys talk about nostalgic topics like the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, topical subjects like Sex And The City, and evergreen topics like who out of the three will be the first to die. Normal stuff, you know? Anderson has a pretty loose trigger finger when it comes to his soundboard, so be prepared for semi-related pre-recorded noises to be coming at you fast.

The hosts are also hosting this season of the Trojan sponsored iHeartRadio podcast, “The Pleasure Is Ours.” In each episode, the dudes scrutinize the bad advice people are given throughout their lives. Whether it’s from a misguided mentor, an old-fashioned parent, an ignorant teacher, or just common misconceptions you learned through high school gossip, these guys are here to set you on the straight and narrow.

The gang analyzes the advice every young person receives as they come of age, from career advice, sex advice, and things we see on social media and in entertainment. They may not have any advice to counter the guidance we once received, but they most certainly are making us laugh.

If you’re looking for a new comedy podcast to look forward to every week, be sure to check out “This Is Important.” It’s silly, ridiculous, and delightful distraction from any Tuesday morning blues.
