From ‘I’m Listening’ to ‘More Than A Feeling:’ Get in the right headspace with these 17 podcasts

Audacy’s “I’m Listening” opens the conversation on mental health and shares resources for anyone who needs to connect, heal, and share stories. This year-round initiative reminds listeners dealing with mental health problems that they are not alone.

This year’s broadcast, in partnership with American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, airs September 21 from 6PM to 8PM on Audacy stations. The event is co-hosted by TODAY and The Voice’s Carson Daly, Dr. Alfiee M. Breland-Noble, and guests like Carrie Underwood, Adele, Ed Sheeran, Vice President Kamala Harris, Lizzo, NFL star Dak Prescott, Maren Morris, Charlie Puth, and many more. AFSP’s Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Christine Moutier will join Katie Neal (“Katie + Company”) to answer listeners’ questions and respond to stories.

Past episodes explored public speaking anxiety based on a live therapy workshop David hosted with Dr. Jill Levitt. They spoke with their “patient,” forensic and clinical psychologist Michelle Wharton. Michelle contacted David to volunteer for the workshop because she wanted help with social anxiety and perfectionism.
